Banana Pudding Dip
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1 large package instant pudding mix (banana flavored or vanilla)
1 cup milk
3 Tablespoons powdered sugar
1 container Cool Whip
1 large banana, diced
10 vanilla wafers, crushed
Directions
- Whisk cream cheese until smooth.
- Add pudding mix, milk, powdered sugar and 1/2 of the Cool Whip to the cream cheese and blend well.
- Fold in the banana chunks.
- Place entire mixture in a bowl and smooth it out.
- Spread the remainder of the Cool Whip on top of the pudding mixture.
- Sprinkle the vanilla wafer crumbs on top.
- Let sit in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Use vanilla wafers as your dipping utensil.
You can omit the powdered sugar if you like the slightly tangier cream cheese/pudding mix. I have to mask the cream cheese taste for a family member who would not eat it otherwise.

I did not actually pay that much since I only paid $1.50 for the wafers and the pudding was on sale as well as the milk, but I am posting prices on the products before sale/coupon discounts.
